Within the framework of its Top Decision Makers Program, WORKPLACE MEETINGS invites you as a principal and takes care of your entire stay in Cannes (Flight, hotel accommodation and catering…).
You will take part in pre-organized meetings and business lunches validated together beforehand thanks to a matching platform specially put online by Weyou Group.
You will attend plenary conferences led by an expert surrounded by specialist speakers.
YOUR STAY
5pm-9pm : Transfer to Cannes
Check In of your room (Guests will be accommodated in a 5* hotel a few minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and Congresses of Cannes)

9am to 10am: Opening conference
10:00am to 10:45am : Workshop led by an exhibitor
10:50am to 1:10pm : Pre-arranged One to One Business Meetings
1:20pm to 2:50pm : Pre-organized Business Lunches
3pm to 3:45pm : Workshop led by an exhibitor
3:55pm to 6:45pm : Pre-arranged One to One business meetings
7:00pm : End of the show and free evening
Appointments are organised in the form of speed meetings lasting 20 minutes each. You select the exhibitors of your choice via the exhibition’s networking platform.

Un des gros avantages de ce salon outre le fait qu'il permette d'entretenir un networking évident est qu'il permet aux acheteurs et aux prestataires de réaliser en deux jours ce que chacun mettrait en théorie près de 6 mois pour aboutir au même résultat. Les conférences sont également très pertinentes et toujours en lien avec l'actualité du moment. Ces moments de partage et retours d'expérience sont essentiels.
One of the big advantages of this exhibition, apart from the fact that it allows for obvious networking, is that it allows buyers and service providers to achieve in two days what each would theoretically take almost 6 months to achieve the same result. The conferences are also very relevant and always in line with current events. These moments of sharing and feedback are essential.
